some old places in the Lebanese quarter have closed or went down, but not the prophet. I wasn't really in years, but we found it on a delivery app and ordered a meat set it seemed expensive, but it was far too much for two people not so much meat, but so much brot and dips and side and everything was worth it, especially the charcoal garlic huh.
The Prophet is one of the little cluster of the Lebanese restaurants in the area. Ahhh Lebanese food, I love pretty much everything about it. Hummus, lady fingers, falafel, tabouli and an endless supply of Lebanese bread. Gah, so good.
the prophet is located in the small libanon area of indolland st. if they love the Middle Eastern cuisine, they will not be disappointed. great portions and delicious meat I recommend, and the dips and spits.
the prophet is one of the more lasting Lebanese institutions in the opposite good selection of dips, wein leaves and tabouli are great. will come back for a selection of netzen next time. highly recommended.
