If you are ever in Streatham area – pop into this pub, it’s definitely worth it! Found this pub by accident from the bus on the way home. The exterior done in the Alice in Wonderland theme looked so great that we had to get off. Much like outside the inside was full of Alice, beautiful, clean with pool table, food and fantastic outside area as well as large projector for sport fans! We had couple of sides to share which were very good and inexpensive. Place opens in the evening only, with the best part – no children after 7pm! Parents please don’t hate me for saying it, but it is much more pleasant to spend relaxing evening with friends/partner not surrounded by running and screaming kids. I...
Went here for a mate’s leaving party. This was my first time in the pub but I have to say I was very impressed. The whole Wonderland artwork is interesting if that’s your thing but it does give the pub some character. It’s a beautiful building with high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. The garden area is amazing, it’s such a shame the weather was rubbish but that’s just bad luck. I can imagine having a fantastic night in the summer there. As a pub it’s great. We came for a family lunch. The pub looks dull from the outside, but is really cool inside. The interior is large, a little quirky with a really large outdoor garden at the back. Best outdoor pub garden in Streatham for sure. Good music also. Only issue are the prices. The food is way overpriced for what you get. Drinks could also be reduced by 10% to be more competitive in the area. Reduce prices, increase number of customers.
Having previously visited here when it was the Greyhound was curious to see what changes had been made. Food was absolutely fine for adults and kids, good value for money and the complimentary gin cocktail for all the mum's welcome too. The lovely big garden has huge potential when the weather improves and the staff were all really helpful and polite too. Will demurely return. S
I had forgotten how amazing this place is. quirky, funny ass as glamorous inner. the large beer garden is beautiful. we have held here a few years ago an employee-masquerade writer party and I just visited last week. eating is delicious and the staff, very friendly. I can't expect to go back to lunch. great memories!
as always happy to be there, they love this place and highly recommended. her order by app works really great. last time I was their guests before pandemic and I'm happy to be back. also great thanks for a young bartender who treated us all night, unfortunately I don't know their names, but they are a star.
We came here for a spontaneous Sunday roast not sure what to expect. It is a beautiful pub and the roast was excellent. No better feeling than not being able to finish it but desperately trying to do so. We had the chicken roast and the veggie (halloumi) roasts which were both superb! Will be back!
Lovely big pub, big screen for sports, big garden area. I found the staff lovely. Sadly for me the only thing I could eat off the menu was chips. And for that reason I won't be a regular. Though I must stress it's a lovely pub, just not vegan friendly.
first time the rabbit hole and it was a great experience. the pub is huge with a beautiful large garden. the interior and exterior furniture is great! the food was well presented and well costed. I will definitely visit again.
