In the months I came here with my friends, I never had any problems with food, drinks or employees. They were all amazing and I feel bad that they was wasting their time in this place. One of the owners, Scott Recher, however, was extremely disrespectful and stepped out of the line. (Although the other owner is a big guy in my experience, so it's not about him at all) Instead of talking to us with any kind of respect or kindness, like people, Scott Recher yelled at us and used his body language as a threat to violence. We were not tormenting, rude or in any way to justify this hostility. He never came by and just spoke to us or asked other employees to talk to us. There is no excuse to just...
What an amazing music club. Sets a new bar for experiencing live music in the Mid Atlantic region. It's first rate and world class. Sound quality was perfect and surpasses the 9:30 Club which is nearly impossible to do AND the space is just the right size. Been to the Paradiso in Amsterdam which is the holy grail of live music for a room this size and this is in that league. It's big enough to accommodate fans while still feeling intimate. The bartender was very unpleasant and uncommunicative. They didn’t respond to questions or engage with guests while serving them, but seemed quite cheerful when chatting with coworkers. If you’re going to behave this way at work, it might be worth considering a different career path.
This is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food and drinks. The atmosphere is incredible! I highly recommend it. Plus, there's a concert theater right next door, so if the show isn't sold out, you can buy a ticket and catch a live performance from Friday to Sunday. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I talked to someone on the phone before her name was Kelly, she was extremely unprofessional, rude and super unhelpful. This place would be much better if they hired hospitable people who don't jump to get argumentation with their customers.
Wow, what a transformation the Rec Room in Towson! Completely renovated. If the food is half as good as the appearance this place will be spectacular ????
No service only a bunch of sick heads at the bar that they do not use because they all do not service through tips. And they don't even know who does it.
