Regular visitor to this pub and its many amazing facilities. Fabulous home cooked food and drinks selection served by professional and polite staff. We have also had a function held here recently the landlady and landlord couldn’t have done enough to make the evening special and run without a hitch. Our guests complimented us on the food and decoration of the extensive marquee. It was just magical. Couldn’t recommend this place enough wether it’s for lunch, a drink with friends or a function. There is nothing mediocre about the Red Lion.
Great village pub, plenty of off road parking, safe and secure for cars and motorcycles. Good Guinness, even better Madri and amazing Cheese and Onion rolls made fresh and on the day! Maybe have to start visiting more often and hopefully Cheese and Ham or Cheese and pickle may make an appearance. All joking aside great pub, pleasant team and a nice sized garden for enjoying the sun and summer in. Looking forward to visiting again with friends.
The Red Lion is a hidden gem in the area. The hosts are great and very welcoming, offering lunch Monday to Friday with a fantastic menu at reasonable prices. They also have a lovely garden at the back with a marquee and function facilities that we highly recommend. David and Sue, the owners, go above and beyond to ensure their guests are happy.
Great pub. Had a party in their private function room. There was a lot of space and a private bar in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a good evening and pricing was also very good as well. There was some parking at the pub itself but you can park on the street close by if there is no space in the parking lot.
Awful, lady is road, staff are also judgemental as heard a comment made as a lady walked in about her size, food is meadioca nothing special, won't go again
Lovely pub with a decent selection of drinks. Staff are very friendly and a large Beer garden with a small play area.
The restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere and offers a great variety of beers to choose from.

The selection of beers is good, but the food options are limited.
