The Red Lion - Tisch reservieren

I visited The Red Lion with family (Grandmother, aunts, uncles, brother) for casual drinks on a Saturday night. We arrived after 8pm. This bar/restaurant had a nice atmosphere. We found a table to accommodate all 8 of us. It felt like a real homely place. The staff were friendly or so I thought... It came to about 9:30pm when I decided to get the next round of drinks for my grandmother and brother. I asked my brother to come to the bar with me to help. We are close in age. We got to the bar and asked for our drinks. Immediately, the man who served us seemed to be in a poor mood. He just looked at us and said One drink per person . After a grueling flight (economy seating complete with screaming kids, goats, chickens and ***** service) from Chicago to the UK ... a quick train ride into Radlett was perfect and a ****** good Full English Breakfast at 8am with a cold cold pint of lager was a marvelous reward. Ate solo had dining room to myself so of course the service was excellent but the food wasn't half bad neither! Long time since I've had a decent banger (Chicago now hometown) so a tabulate local pork sausage, thick bacon, perfectly cooked mushrooms, fried tomato, creamy scrambled eggs ... and a ice cold pint of Strella ... Tbf the service was excellent on this recent visit. Food was to the standard you'd expect. Nice decor. We weren't rushed and were allowed to sit and batter in peace. Will go back.

Many Many nights spent here for Round Table meetings and drinks. Old fashioned pub with a good eatery and hotel.

Lovely interior, warm and spacious. With Sky Sports stuff going on and full range of food.
