The location of this small restaurant is fantastic on a quaint village street alongside the Fairy Glen in Rostrevor. Warm and friendly staff were attentive throughout the whole of the afternoon we spent there as a large family group. The restaurant has a very traditional...feel but is cosy, bright and spacious. Food and drink was excellent and reasonably priced. i would highly recommend it and I’m looking forward to returning as soon as possible.
We ate at the he Rostrevor whilst staying in the Inn's accommodation. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, a twist between the modern and traditional, also the staff were great, friendly and helpful. The highlight was the food, the starter tasty but the steak was...superb, clearly the chef knows what they're doing, perfectly cooked and well presented. Also the drinks are very well priced. Highly recommended.
Very pleasant meal here where the staff were helpful, friendly and all wore masks. The tables were socially distanced too. There was four of us and everyone had a different dish, the food was very plentiful and incredibly tasty. Having eaten elsewhere recently this was...by far a more pleasant experience. We will be back. Prices are reasonable too which is a bonus.
Ate here while on holiday as the reviews were good. Had the steak and I have had much better, done medium rare but was really tough ! Ordered chilli and garlic chips got plain. They were frozen chips so disappointing. My husband had the cod...which he said was lovely but his side of chips small. Good ambiance and staff lovely but don’t think I would return! wing last week there for family meeting. service poor food poor. 2 of us had fish over boiled spent almost 400.00 for 8 . more interest in money than service. very disappointed down hills since last visit 2 years ago believe that the lost. since chefs should not suffer recently customers.
We were visiting Rostrevor for a week's holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff, serving great food. We enjoyed our meal so much, that we ate in the Rostrevor Inn another 2 times that week. If visiting the area, it wiuld be advisable to book a...table in advance.
12 of us went for a family meal on Saturday. The service was amazing with Deirdre accommodating our wish for separate bills. We never had to wait for food or drinks orders. The meal itself was excellent. Everyone was extremely happy.
the new menu is so good, was here twice for dinner recently, first the pasta pesto with broccoli and paprika, and tonight we had the Mexican chicken burgers, both 10/10 and the chili garlauchfries are amaaazing Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
only had hot wings and had chips on the side for 7, which is very reasonable. the service was excellent and also had a beautiful pint of guinness. I was very impressed and wanted to return.
