The food was fabulous and this is really the most important point here. The staff seemed inexperienced and made a few minor mistakes. I had booked a table for four people, but they sat at a table for seven. When we asked to be moved in four next to the window, they committed themselves, but the view was really parking instead of the bay. We started with what a local sparkling rose was supposed to be, but a sparkling Chardonnay did not rise. Poor waitress had no idea what we were talking about! I don't think she was a drunk. This restaurant always provides a fantastic dining experience. I have frequented it often and it is my go-to place to bring friends and visitors to Tasmania for a top-notch meal. You can't go wrong with this place. The prices are reasonable for the delicious food they offer. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Indian cuisine.
A great culinary experience, as always. I have often gedimt and is the first place where I take friends and visitors to Tassie for a first-class meal. Can't, still choose to mistake it. The service at this restaurant is friendly and the curry is very good. I have tried two other Indian restaurants in Hobart, and this one is clearly the best. My only suggestion would be to offer a larger selection of wines available by the glass.
Enjoyed a wonderful Indian meal with my wife. Great service and superb Indian food. And it was a nice experience with great value for money. Will definitely go again, next time in Hobart
