Classic old school steakhouse. Generally cheaper than the newer and fancier places and just as good. You're not gonna get creative appetizers or craft cocktails just good steak and sides. Staff is very nice and helpful. Parking can be kindve difficult though. The building is older and the decor pretty basic so if you want a aesthic place with dark, romantic atmosphere or won't have that. Definitely has an authentic local feel, it's not mortons and that's a good thing.
The menu and their kitchen is legendary. Consistently quality food each time you order. The Bartender Phil, ads to the welcoming ambiance; he must be an alchemist. A master liquid therapist. Also Bartender Kevin is really a chemist providing top shelf service with a delicious decompressing response of your custom cocktail ? ?. The San Franciscan is a landmark in Southern California. Great Management and keep up the great work!
Old school steakhouse. I love the Vibe of this place. I would highly recommend The prime rib because it was delicious. My companion had a regular steak and she said it was good. To be fair I practically begged her to get the prime rib cuz that's what they're known for. I had a loaded baked potato and it came with homemade horseradish for the prime rib.
By far the best steaks.....west of the Mason dixon line.......2nd generation family owned humble and solid in the community. Professional warm, energetic and approachable staff. This is my first visit. The food here is really delicious and the cost performance is pretty good. The roast beef steak is quite delicious.The steak type is very delicious.The portions are large, so be careful when ordering. The pasta was a bit strange.It was delicious.
I recently had the best meal at this restaurant. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back here regularly. They have a kids menu and treat children like family. They are also very accommodating for wheelchair accessibility.
This restaurant serves the best prime rib and lobster tails. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience are fantastic. My family has been dining here for many years and we hope they never change a thing.
