My best friend and I visited Restaurant506 after getting massages at the spa. I will admit I had never heard of Sanford House and so had no expectations going in, but left feeling like I had discovered a hidden gem! The food at the restaurant was fantastic. Felt like royalty! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding night and we decided to celebrate at Restaurant506! We had a voucher that came with the package for our stay at Sanford House Inn. Mickey was very accommodating and honest about her recommendations! I had the lobster mac n cheese, and he had the porkchop with apple bacon gnocchi. Both of the dishes were delicious! Afterwards Mickey helped us celebrate with complimentary champagne and dessert! Very fine establishment with an amazing guest experience. Highly recommend!
During our three-day trip, we sought out a peaceful spot and decided on the Bristol Cottage at the Sandford Inn. The cottage was spacious, featuring a king-size bed, jacuzzi tub, and a dining area equipped with a mini fridge. The surroundings were charming and tranquil, and the complimentary hot breakfast served each morning was exceptional. The cottage was situated in a secure gated area with convenient access. We had a very terrible day prior to walking into Restaurant 506, but Michi was by far the best waitress we’ve ever had. She was so welcoming and energetic and was truly the highlight of our day. We had the lobster ravioli and the gnocchi and both were absolutely splendid. The atmosphere was great and the music was the perfect volume so we could actually have a conversation without feeling like we were yelling at each other. Please ask for Michi if you decide to stop in.
Adella made our dining experience, Michael gave us all the info on the restaurant and boutique hotel. Sarah is the best Manager-taking all of the great pics of us in the courtyard. This will be one of our must stops when we return to TX
I love colonial old homes. This one is strikingly beautiful. The food is excellent, service prompt and professional. Lovely experience. Make a reservation!
