Huge portions and solid, flavorful food. As soon as you walk in, you realize how modern, well lit, clean, and bustling this restaurant is. The service is spectacular, and they are constantly checking on you to see if you need any coffee refills or condiments. The table has sugar, salt and pepper, hot sauces, ketchup, syrup, and plenty of half and half and vanilla creamer. Now, for the food, we ordered the country fried steak and eggs with potatoes, chorizo con papa with arroz and frijoles, chicken and waffle, and kids chocolate chip pancakes with eggs. All the items were awesome, and the banana loaf lives up to its fame. The portions here are plentiful with enough to take home. I can't belie...
The atmosphere was a bit loud due to the full tables. They offer a daily loaf, which includes a slice with the egg combo meals or toast; we had banana bread and it was delicious! We ordered a veggie omelet with potatoes, two hearty breakfasts with eggs and bacon, and veggie hash. The food came out fairly quickly—around 10 minutes—and everything was cooked to perfection. However, I found the hash browns a bit bland; I would have liked some Cajun seasoning or something similar, but that's just a personal preference. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

I loved brunch at the Scratch Room. It's a great spot in Anaheim that serves up delicious breakfast food. The cali chicken omelette was amazing the potatoes were crispy and the omelet had was so flavorful. They also have a great selection of other brunch items on the menu.The atmosphere was so cozy and inviting. We went around 1PM (they close at 2) and the service was excellent. So I'll say this place some incredible customer service. Very friendly eager to please, they really want return customers. I ordered a few of the recommended dishes. And yeah , they were delicious, the banana bread came warm like it came out of the oven, and the burger was juicy, though I wish I wish it had seasoning , not just cheese, but the final dish a house favorite really great stuff, so much flavor highly recommended.. would eat again at this place if in the are
I was in town for five days and ended up eating here twice—it was incredible! The loaf of banana bread caused a bit of a delay at TSA, but it was absolutely worth it! The biscuits were phenomenal, and I can't rave enough about them. The hash browns were spot on! I requested extra crispy bacon, and they delivered. The fresh orange juice was delightful. I could go on and on! The waitstaff was outstanding, especially considering how busy they were. Food rating: 5/5.
This spot has been on my list of places to try for a while... but based on the reviews I knew weekends would be nearly impossible. Showed up on a Monday morning at nearly 11 and the place was pretty full. I see why it's a local favorite. Lol I even ran into a couple of friends too! The food portions are huge and well worth every penny. It's much larger inside than it appears to be! We'll come back... but I'm not taking chances on the weekends Lol
We visited this brunch spot while on vacation, and it truly lived up to its excellent reputation. It was one of the best breakfasts we had during our trip, featuring generous portions and freshly prepared hot food. There were plenty of choices for kids, as well as a great variety of options for both breakfast and lunch. We ordered the "Hungry Man" dish and couldn’t finish it all! In town for 5 days ate their twice. It was amazing!!!! The loaf of banana bread got us stopped at tsa but so worth it!!!! The biscuits...I just can't they were amazing. Hashbrowns were perfect! Asked for extra crispy bacon and got it. Fresh orange juice. I can go on forever!!! Wait staff was above and beyond for as busy as they were.Food: 5/5
