I’ve never written a google review, but I just had to considering how bad this experience was. Went to the Campus location last night with a few friends since it was our only free night to hang out in the middle of finals season before the break. We’ve all never been here, but decided to make a reservation and try it out.There was about 8 of us, we all ordered asap, and it took almost a hour to get our food. It looked like our waitress was the only one working, so we were trying to be understanding, but the place was literally empty. Once we got our food, the burgers tasted like they were left in the fridge for over a week then put out on the counter. For $21+ for a burger, this was complete...
Waitresses are super friendly, made us feel really welcome. Food was on another level! I decided to be adventurous and ordered the Butter Chicken Poutine, a decision I did NOT regret. It was fantastic, and I highly recommend it if you are a lover of butter chicken. Others in my party were also super happy with their food. They ordered the Spinach Artichoke dip, Butter Chicken w/ Basmati Rice, Green Onion Cakes, and a small Poutine. Service is fast and accurate, and we'll worth another visit. Service was great. The girl that helped us was super friendly and very fast, especially considering she was looking after the entire restaurant. The food was pub food, had a veggie plate and the soft pretzels for an appetizer which were good, and then had the buffalo chicken caesar wrap with onion rings for dinner which was also quite tasty. They have a good selection of beer and awesome happy hour prices. Prices are standard pub prices, nothing to crazy.
I have been to numerous Sherlocks over the years in Edmonton, always loved it. This is a really nice pub but I got the pizza and wasn't impressed. The crust, seriously tastes like a premade crust from sobeys, super dry not fresh. I had a hard time consuming it. I paid $24 for what tasted like a frozen pizza, lacking taste and freshness, Canadian brew house is also a pub but they have wicked pizza. Besides that I enjoyed my visit, service was good. Me and my friends had a great time in the pub before and after the show Monday night, the service was fast and friendly, the food came out quickly for how busy it was and all of us enjoyed our meals, definitely will be back for the fish and chips. After the show we got out drinks quickly and all the servers kept them full. Thanks for making our night even better!
I was in on Friday night with a friend and had a great time. My bartender Misty was very friendly and very quick with her service and the place was packed. We had a pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I ever had. I will be back! Found my new favourite spot!
Great server. Great service. Cold beers after a long work day and to be met with awesome service, made the long day that much better. Cheers to the establishment. I'll return again, one day.
