Usually quite a decent pub but on Euro 2024 finals day they let it get dangerously overcrowded in here. It was completely wedged and there was no monitoring of how many people were in the pub. It was detrimental to business as it was impossible to get to the bar so only managed to have a couple of initial drinks. As people couldn’t get to the toilets they were also urinating in the street. Ahead of it getting so busy I ordered a pint and the shish taouk. The girl behind the bar was quite rude in taking my order as I didn’t have my table number. Even though it wasn’t as busy as for the game it was still to the point of being too busy to easily get to my table and a ten minute wait to get serv...
I had been gifted a City Stack giftcard, which allows you to claim £10 off your bill from selected independent pubs if you spend £20 minimum. We ordered a lovely bottle of Spanish white wine £20.50 and shared a lamb shawarma wrap which came with hummus and chips for £11. The entire lunch came to £21.50 using the discount. Lovely big garden, lots of 80s, 90s music and friendly team. Well worth a visit.
I love this pub, but not for food. The quality of the food is fine, even quite good, but considering it's decent pub food and not fine dining, the portion sizes and price are WAAAAAYYYY off. Please, either give much bigger portions or drop the price quite a lot. currently it ruins my experience here and stops it from being my local.
What a lovely find. Had been meaning to check it out for ages and finally did. Excellent range of pints, and lovely inside. Massive beer garden for this part of town, nicely shielded from the road/pavement. Shame about the massive video advert on the side of the pub but that's not their fault!

Had the most delicious food here! We come here all the time as we live nearby and finally tried the food which exceeded expectations, hence the review. Reda served our food himself and was a dream. Couldn’t recommend it enough for a pint and some dinner!
Great beer garden and overall nice pub. Food menu looks great but those us who ate weren't impressed. But otherwise great pub

Good pub. Used to be an old geezer boozer but has a younger crowd now. Cool staff. Bring the dartboard back though!
