Brilliant food, lovely atmosphere. We went as a table of 14 with family. I was a bit nervous as when we normally go out as a big group for meals it normally doesn’t go to plan but I must say Chris the manager was excellent. He kept checking we were ok and done a pre order which made the meals a lot more quicker on the day! The food was really lovely and even though the pub was busy the staff kept checking we were ok and asking us if we needed anything. All the family will definitely be recommending this pub to others and we can’t wait to come back! Thanks again! Xx
This is a nice pub for lunch. The food is ok and there’s a good choice. My brother and I went on a Tuesday and it was quite popular. Which brings me to my but……the young lady who works there was on her own. She was taking orders, bringing food and drink for people in the restaurant but also serving bar. She was all on her own, with no help whatsoever. She did a grand job but it’s not right that she was alone.
We had an excellent meal tonight, with everything served piping hot and full of flavor. It was great value for the price, and the service was top-notch with friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back again.
Very close to our accom. With a good “pub grub” range . We both had the flavoursome the lasagne salad with a glass of red for an economical meal. Plenty of parking . Staff were friendly efficient.
