Yet again another wonderful and delicious Sunday lunch!! Karen,Amelia and the wonderful Lizzie made it so special. Very attentive and very welcoming, as if we had neen invited to mums for dinner! Piping hot and such generous portions!!! When they brought the cake out for us the whole pub joined in with happy birthday ! It was lovely! Thank you again ladies! See you again soon x
Lovely food dinner with family I had ribs and desert 5 star was delicious... I also come down for the special on Wednesdays which was home made beef stew and dumplings...yummy Lovely atmosphere friendly staff and customers Lovely views of the river ideal for walkers to have rest to great selection of beers and ales oh and doggy friendly
Dickensian Thames estuary pub on the coastal path from the marshes to Gravesend. Very friendly welcoming staff, delicious real ale. The freshly cooked beer battered cod with hand cut chips and large helpings of mushy peas is recommended. Freindly locals and clean loos. Well worth visiting if you are in the area.
The Lower Thames Rowing Club rowed from Sothend ir Gravesend today. The staff at the Shio and Lobster could not have been nicer to us. We did not drink much beer but we were all hungry. All the portions were really generous. Thank you Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Amzing food and service with a smile and a laugh. Highly recommended . I often visit this pub and get welcomed by all the bar staff. Aundays are brilliant as a nice sunday dinner. Recommended to all friends and family.
Visited with family 7 in total and the food, service and price was top notch. Food was lovely and over generous and the staff go all out to see you ok. The value can't be beaten and bar prices are a nice surprise.

We visit the Ship Lobster regular, the food is amazing with large portions so very tasty there is something for everyone, staff are all lovely. We will definitely keep on visiting.
