visits here over the fixed season. excellent traditional bar. the service was really good with competent staff who were attentive without being overlaid. large selection of gin and real ales together with apfelwein and extensive selection of wine. the festive decorations were very tasteful and the atmosphere was beautiful. large selection of menu elements to match any taste. the bar and the facilities were very clean and well equipped. parking spaces are available and access to the full impediment (if I could say it). we have just returned from an amazing lunch. the sunday roast was fabulous. I had the bark that was cooked to perfection. my man had the veggie wellington, that was the best he ever had. it was also good that their sweets are served on the side so that they want much or as little as they want. the cauliflower cheese looked amazing, my man was very tasty. jay and his employees were very welcoming and offered a brilliant service. next time we'll be back in wareham. many thanks for the perfect way to finish our holiday. best wishes for them all
Excellent! A more welcoming pub, I've yet to find. Not only were the staff and manager really accommodating, the food was wonderful too. All our party's whims were catered for and we all felt valued. The beer is excellent, the wine choices offer something for everyone and you have such a beautiful setting in which to enjoy the time spent here.
this is what has been advertised and that is what we could not blame a single thing and the personal were fantastic even gave us a Doggy box because we couldn't eat everything it was the first time that I went to the silent woman, but it won't be my last maz moss
