fortunately there is a place like the silver pig in howell. eating and drinks are excellent. I've been there before when it was much more busy when it was visiting my last visit and the service was good. this time I was there with my teenagers and we were neglected for time periods. was that because we didn't order drinks? I don't know. we ordered a few rounds of eating and delivery was a little haphazard. the eating was wonderful when we were received, but we felt a little neglected / forgotten to time when there were only 4 tables, including serving the outside seats. it may be that the hiccups with a new type of business with covid. I will give them a second chance for a better experience
The Silver Pig has truly excellent pizzas and enough variety of small plate offerings to make a night out with friends a success no matter how picky they are. Pizzas are crispy and on the thinner side, with flavorful ingredients that are added in just the right amounts not to make the pizza soggy or heavy. The cocktail menu is extensive and you can always find a delicious new drink to try. It's a small place so it can feel crowded, and reservations are definitely recommended to ensure you can grab a spot on a busy night.
6th time eating here. 5 out of 5 for everything the 5 previous times. This time pizza looked different. Undercooked with out the usual crispy crust. Got the impression they were pumping out pizzas too fast and didnt leave them in the oven long enough. 3 of the four pizzas came out strung over 5 minutes. Then the fourth was finnally delivered 12 minutes after the third one. Pizza tasted good but did not live up to the price tag
Our party of 3 met at The Silver Pig Bar Oyster Room to celebrate our friend's birthday. We enjoyed a great selection of small plates and oysters. A magnificent piece of carrot cake with a large sparkler arrived on cue as we finished our quality dinner. Beloved to be from the east coast, I often need a shellfish mix and this place nails it. They also have fantastic oven pizza, so there is really something for everyone. Prices are about what you would expect for what you get. I'm back.
one of our meals lasted almost an hour to get to the table, but the manager composed it and apologized. Bartender/Server was fantastic; drinks and eating were delicious!
Food is always interesting, delicious and well-prepared! Service is great...attentive but not aggressive ! We love this place!

Best place in Howell BY FAR. Please buy the old Two Fogs place and transform it into an awesome speak easy!!
