We requested to speak to a manager, but they insisted that security had already informed us we could not come in. Eventually, a young woman came out and reiterated that we were 15 minutes late, and our table had just been released. I was shocked by the poor customer service. I asked if we could wait for another table to become available, but they told us none would be free until around 9 PM, and the kitchen closed at 9:30 PM. We found ourselves in quite a predicament. I've dined at many establishments, and I've never been treated this way. We also asked the door staff if we could wait in the foyer for our taxi, but they firmly said no, as if we were criminals, despite the fact that it was...
I visited The Soul House for a joint birthday celebration with my friend, and we had an amazing evening! The service was exceptional—nothing was too much trouble. The young waitress who attended our table all night was incredibly kind to each of us, and Manager Melissa made a special effort to ensure we had a memorable birthday. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a truly wonderful night!
our taxi ran late, and because we were 5 minutes late after our 15 min gnade time, which we were told by the prahlers that we did not come in and our table had been given away. they didn't even let us have a drink while we waited for our taxi. terrible customer service and very rude. will not go on
The live music and the DJ whist eating is something brandnew for birmingham regarding a Caribbean restaurant, the food was amazing and brought out timely which also was very good only down side is to many things missing off the menu when it was so early but I would still give it 5stars
You will not be disappointed We enjoyed it from the moment we walked in, the drinks, vibe, food, cocktails and atmosphere was incredible. It's even better that it's local! We ordered the seafood platter, omg it was delicious I can't wait to go back again, highly recommended
Had a lovely evening with partner, service was great, Dejon was very attentive and polite. There was some live music lady called Pricilla singing. Great experience would recommend. Only downfall for me was having proper dessert menu
this restaurant really enjoyed eating and drinks were amazing. music was not too loud, the service was really good, the waiter ensured that we were a good majority of the time that was really nice.
