This is one of the best pubs and restaurants we have visited here in the highlands. The food is always delicious and plenty of it. The service both behind the bar and in the restaurant is excellent. Price wise you really can’t go wrong we had two main meals and two wines and two beers came to £35.90 brilliant value for money. The people on the table next to ours had the prawn cocktail it was huge and looked delicious. Be warned make sure you have a good appetite but you don’t need a thick wallet. Will be back very soon.

Did not know about Star Inn. Went to Gun Lodge but looked all locked up so went to Star Inn. We had a fantastic supper and will go back, bar looked so cosy and family friendly just like my pub in Scone, memories now. Be back soon.

I stayed at the hotel while visiting my family. Rooms are lovely and breakfast is so tasty with a fantastic choice. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. My fourth stay here and there will be plenty more.
