Today I worked 15 hours as a health care assistant and traveled 4 miles to the nearest Indian to return home looking forward to my meal to find my order was wrong, I don’t eat meat I only eat paneer. Staff are rude wanted me to drive 4 miles there 4 miles back just to return there mistake. Was very rude and not helpful, I was tired and just wanted to relax refused to help me out wouldn’t deliver another dish when it’s there mistake asked for a part refund he said no chance I’m not willing to do that!! We tried takeout from this restaurant for the first time tonight and were blown away by the amazing food. It was the best Indian cuisine we have ever had and offered great value for the price. The delivery person was also very polite. We will definitely be ordering from here again.
So frustrating, we ordered take away at 7pm NYE expecting a delay but over 2hrs later it's not arrived and they haven't answered the phones. They took the money and the customer service has been awful. Be honest, what kind of service is this? Very frustrated.
