Yo, Taste Smokers BBQ in Bethlehem is where it’s at! Chef Q, the owner, made sure our big takeout order for the crew was spot on.Props to Chef Q: Dude's a legend. The space is dope too, tons of cool artwork. Definitely want to go back to watch a game.Brisket Ribs: were crazy good. Super tender and melt in your mouth. Ribs were meaty and juicy as well.Wings: were big and had a ton of flavor! even were juicy still the day after for leftovers. (I forgot to take pics because we dove right in but everything was setup nice for catering/large order)Sides on Another Level: That mac and cheese was next level, no joke. Taste Smokers catered the lunch for our student event at Penn State Lehigh Valley and it was amazing. Brisket, jerked chicken, slaw and mac and cheese were all amazing. It's not the first time we have had Taste Smokers and they do not disappoint. They made a large group of new fans in the students. Highly recommend everything they offer.
We had a lunch learn today and the food from Taste Smokers was so delicious and I have to emphasize on the Salmon, it was so tasty, I wanted to go back for more! The brisket was so yummy, and Mac Cheese was flavorful. Thank you for all you do to serve our community!! As they say, hats off to the cook!!

Amazing food and great service. Went in on Saturday and was the only customer there. Order the Mac and Cheese with pulled pork. Food came out quickly and tasted wonderful. Will be stopping in again.
