Always find that the staff are really friendly, cheerful and helpful. Food is always hot and tasty. Parking: Parking is for all businesses. But they could do with making some more of them for blue badge holders. As there is only 1, which is tucked away right in the corner. But this has nothing to do with Phil's cafe. This is a decent café with good service, though the food isn't exceptional. I dined in for breakfast, and the price per person was quite reasonable, ranging from £1 to £10. I would rate the food a 3 out of 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3. I recommend trying the Full Cooked Breakfast, accompanied by tea and toast.
