Ordered the eggplant Parma with grilled veggies and the Good onya Arugula salad. The salad was probably my favorite part, super fresh and large portion. Overall everything was flavorful. However, The eggplant was on the salty side and wasn?t freshly made.The vegetables were really greasy so a bit unpleasant to eat. Wondering if the quality of food would be better in person.
While not vegan or even vegetarian (i grimaced at the kangaroo on the menu), The Thirsty Koala has some amazing vegan options vegan moussaka? Holy cow. Vegan tacos at an Aussie place? Yeah, they do that too. So taster, so good. Overall, if you're in NYC or Queens this place is worth the visit.
The food was very very good! And they have gluten free versions of everything! Love the atmosphere and the owner was very nice, she came and greeted us, making sure we were happy with the service and we were! The passionfruit margarita is sooo good! Ugotta try it. Will be coming back again!
the first time to eat here. eating was good, but I was a little disappointed that the kangaroo burger was only available on the dinner menu. if I had known, I would have made my reservation for dinner instead of brunch, as I had the most interest in it. other than this, no complaining Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
abducted in the quinoa burger, it tasted like air and we left starving. at least they have vegan possibilities to go with non-vegans, but I wouldn't go out of that place for this.
the thirty koala is an amazing restaurant, great eating and fun times. the food names are fun and the portion sizes are more than reasonable. I'll be back!
