Always great service and the best chips in Eastbourne! Update: Today we thought we would try Qualisea for lunch and dine in. My wife had 'cheesy ' chips and onion rings and I had the Naked 'Cheeseburger ' and chips (plus a couple of my wife 's onion rings). It is great to have more vegan options wherever we go and the choice at Qualisea was a good starting point. The Naked burger is seemingly a Naked Glory burger and it was great. Chips were good but it was the onion rings that were the star of the show. Highchairs are available and there is one large toilet. Service was friendly and informative but a bit slower than expected. I visited this restaurant with my partner and her sister to try the fish and chips, as we were by the sea! We were very pleased with our choice of restaurant. The atmosphere was beautiful, and we had a friendly and attentive waitress. The service was clean and quick. All the dishes were made with fresh ingredients, not greasy, and came in good portions at a great value. Unfortunately, I have deducted a star due to limited soft drink and juice options, and the 7up was not fizzy. Despite this, I plan to return on my next trip to Eastbourne. After finishing a long coastal walk, my wife and I were in search of some tasty fish and chips to replenish our energy...and this restaurant delivered. Trying huss for the first time, I was amazed at how delicious it was. Our server, Natalie, was incredibly friendly and kind. Unfortunately, we were unable to leave a tip on card for her as we had no cash. We will definitely be returning soon.

I'm sorry. they have been here a few times and every time the fish is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. no elevated place (repeat, cannot help me! but this is definitely one of the better fishing shops in the south of englands. First we had the fake French greeting... A simple order of saveloys and chips took forever to serve and when they did arrive the chips were greasy and didn't taste right. The microwaved saveloys were tasteless. Very disappointing all round Best avoided IMHO
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The customer service was excellent, the ambiance was clean and cozy, and the food was delicious and fresh. I highly recommend paying a visit to this spot for a great meal.
Whenever I'm in Eastbourne and in the mood for some fish and chips, The Village is my go-to spot. The fish is always cooked to perfection and the staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!
