I absolutely had to write a review about the kind of people that work here. My dad grew up in Whitehall, so after visiting family in PA and on on the way home to southern Delaware, my parents stopped here to eat. My 9 yr old was with them. After they ate and left (and sent me pics of their amazing dessert! , they were driving home towards Delaware for about an hour when they realized my daughter left her expensive earbuds. My Mom called the restaurant and they couldn't have been more helpful. They found the earbuds and shipped them to us at the managers expense. He spared no expense with shipping either. Gotta say, I'm very disappointed with this place. I'm going here for probably the last 20 years. I recently had to change my diet, so I am currently on a no-sugar no carb diet. Me and my family went here for brunch, I ordered five eggs and one hamburger patty. No bun no cheese no lettuce tomato no nothing. And they charged me almost $9 for one dry tiny hamburger patty?? I mean come on man. Why am I being charged for things I'm not eating? Even Wendy's McDonald's Burger King everywhere else allows you to order by the item only. And actually charge you just for that item. I can go to Wendy's and get five hamburger patties for virtually the same price. And they're twice as big and twice as good...
Update review: 7/20/24 Y'all are just awesome! My dude and I come here a few things a month.... never disappointed! The food is always SO delicious! You guys have the best staff! Our server, James, is freaking awesome and has the best personality! He was our server, again, and is just the coolest! He remembered me from the previous visit: I always have my Batman stuff (watch, earrings, etc) on... pretty sure James IS Batman! Again, y'all rock and keep up the amazing work you do!
Incredible diner fare! The turkey platter with stuffing, carrots, and gravy is the best I've ever had at a diner! I've tried other menu items, and everything is consistently fresh and thoughtfully prepared, resulting in a wonderful dining experience. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. This is a fantastic diner! You have to stop by and see for yourself—you won't be disappointed. A must-try! The atmosphere is quite noisy, with many customers speaking Spanish and talking over one another loudly. It seems to be getting worse. Unfortunately, there's a noticeable lack of respect and manners among the patrons. On a positive note, the food is good and the service is attentive, but the noise level is completely out of control.
Nice modern diner in Whitehall. Food was good, fast service, and great clean atmosphere.
It was quite busy on a Saturday late morning. Our server was really friendly.
