our first visit in windrush inn with our family who lives in front of location. unhappy to see that this facility takes food and customer service seriously. friendly, attentive and efficient staff. all queries have been professionally processed. quality of food was excellent. when they order a simple dish like chicken wings and it comes out as it did here in the windrush inn, it makes their entire midday experience so much more pleasant. because they can say who is in the kitchen, how the chef actually has good knowledge of eating. we're eating here definitiw.
I have often been in this pub and I must say that the service was always very friendly,warm and well managed. I don't know any names, so please forgive me, the man (the warmer) is an organized goddess. what a fabulous warm atmosphere with a fantastic team that is clearly managed and fantastically monitored. Sundays carvery day is such a nice way to spend your day. what a beautiful, chic and fulfilling meal they receive. the staff is amazing and the cook a great menu. I'm back. I can't wait. ordered a Christmas dinner to save cooking for 2, took Christmas Eveseve (and was already ready even though I was early) and had a nice pint. excellent food and service. have had many Sunday dinners to take away through locks and could not blame any of them! great place when they pass or a native. 100% recommended! thanks mia and jeremy
we had a nice evening that celebrated my 40th birthday, the employees were all fantastic and lonely on the carvery was so attentive and let the children smile when they were crying. I would recommend the wind rope to anyone looking for a group booking or a quiet meal. it was really fantastic
