The chicken was plump, juicy and packed with just enough savory/sweet BBQ flavor. The ribs had a caramelly crust that fell apart in the first poke with my utensil showing a delicious soft buttery layer right underneath that melted in my mouth. The flavor of the smoked meat is perfect for a hot Spanish day... not too heavy and not too light. They don't drown the natural flavor of this locally sourced meat with too much salt or sauce. Cool, sleek little BBQ joint tucked into a quiet spot right at the beach of Salobreña! I absolutely loved the chicken which was juicy and full of flavor. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone goodness. I’m one of those weirdos who like BBQ but not all smothered in BBQ sauce please, and this place does it right in my book. Great quality, clean tasting meat cooked to perfection with very nice sauces on the side. They also have a pasta salad called Pasta Love and great cole slaw. I’ll be back for more !
Such a warm and friendly welcome followed by the tastiest food you can imagine. Giles and Sarah took the time to run through the menu and their passion was certainly reflected in the food which was so carefully prepared and well presented. We had the pork ribs, salad and amazing BBQ sauce, they were fantastic and such good value. We'll definitely be back for the beef short ribs soon. If you're in the area you just have to stop by, you won't leave disappointed.
If you enjoy BBQ wood smoked meats and freshly prepared salads then this is a great place to try. We had the BBQ smoked ribs and sausages and they were superb. Accompanied by a delicious salad and a beer, we passed a very enjoyable half hour chatting to the lovely owners who are making it their mission to bring these new tastes to this very special traditional Spanish resort

Awesome addition to the region, hopefully everyone catches on and they start a revolution. Giant meaty ribs with great smoky flavour and a serious wet BBQ sauce. Coleslaw was excellent and veggie-first. What else do you want on a sunny summer's day/evening? (Maybe some cornbread/garlic bread/Mac&cheese!
Wow! I didn't realise how good this would be. Beautiful, tender, succulent ribs, chicken and sausage. Wonderful, fresh, tasty salads. Words don't really do this food justice you must just try it for yourself!
The most tender ribs ever! They start cooking it at 5 in the morning and by the afternoon the meat is so soft and tender that it falls apart in your hands. I will be their regular and loyal customer!
Unique menu in the neighbourhood and probably in the whole region. Delicious smoked meats of several kind! My favourite are the ribs. Yummmm ; Coming here regularly now since the opening.
