beautiful old pub in a quiet street from the high street. good ales, and friendly enough, but only seems a bit calm and there is a lack of a buzz. Maybe we visited the wrong time.
stopped for a pitstop, from craven arms to leicester. nice eating, friendly staff, made us really welcome. liam gallagher is not a damon albarn, although
old charming historical pub inside and outside. dog-friendly - always essential for our family ambles: I enjoyed the salopain breweries 'hop twister'!
the beer was great, as always. we also cost some of the homemade sausage rolls and cakes. Bar staff were beautiful and welcoming!
