The truth is, I love the store, I have been a member here for over two years now, I’ve paid the yearly $25 fee for a couple years now, and lately I just feel like this place is more about taking from the community instead of giving like a co-op is supposed to. I am so disappointed in my last trip here, I can buy organic celery anywhere including whole foods for less than two dollars, and they tried charging me over three dollars for one bundle of celery! Not to mention the many times I have been double charged for something here and had to go and get it fixed, I’m starting to see that maybe this place has a little bit of a scam going, it’s so unfortunate because they do you have a wonderful...
here on the way from atlanta to sevierville at 6:45 on Friday. we knew that we would cut it near the closing, but hoped that we could still be able to use the hot bar for dinner and grab a few snacks. I am happy to report to us! they had a good choice of warm and prepared food. I have the vegan spinat artichoke wrap and I got the chicken Cuban sandwich for my engaged, which is not vegan. we both loved our eating! (I don't even know what was in my vegan packaging, but it was so dang delicious. I could also have a lot of dinge for our long-waking bbq tofu, buffalo flower cabbage, vegan morning rest muffin, blueberry muffin, vegan brei (Brownie/Cookie, it was, banane pudding, and a kale salat....
Three Rivers Co-op is a local Knoxville, Tennessee business, and each member is a shareholder. Good selection of local and regional fresh vegetables and fruits. Lots of bulk food, grains, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and spices bins. Salad bar is always fresh. The hot food bar is small, but has a few vegetarian and vegan choices. Good selection of breads, take out foods in containers in the refrigerated section. Lots of herbal supplements, essential oils, body crèmes lotions. It's a well-stocked store. The restaurant is decent, but it’s not what it used to be. The staff seems unhappy with the new management, and the quality of their products is no longer consistently up to par. I used to rely on finding fresh, vibrant greens, but that's no longer the case. Now, it feels hit or miss, with many items looking limp and small—something I never experienced before. I've enjoyed purchasing seedlings from Three Rivers in the past few years, but this year they appeared poorly maintained and offered a smaller selection. I was especially impressed with their large selection of vegan pastries and grab n go items. I noted vegan cookies, muffins, banana bread, cookie bars, salads, cooked veggies, mock tuna sandwiches, soup, tofurkey sandwiches, wraps, etc. We tried a double chocolate cookie, a cookie bar and the banana bread. All delicious! I mostly stopped in just to check it out since we were in the area. I didn’t really need anything specific so I just browsed and checked the prices. When it comes to their vegan selection of snacks and frozen food, I would say that Earth Fare and Whole Foods have a better selection but higher prices. They consistently offer lower prices than Whole Foods and other similar stores for the same products. They feature an impressive rotation of local items, promoting seasonal eating and introducing exciting varieties to try. The way they treat their employees is commendable, and they create an inclusive atmosphere for all customers. You definitely get your money's worth!
Oh, what an adorable store! Seriously, I've been here over a dozen times and I've never been disappointed. They have most of the essentials and some brands that I can't find in any of the other stores I shop at. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the selection is just right. I highly recommend it!

They have great prepared food if you’re in a pinch! The vegan popcorn chicken wrap is great, along with their tofu egg salad sandwich.
