Three Rivers Market

I came here because a friend mentioned I could buy items in bulk like nuts, grains, and spices. I really enjoyed being able to find a good amount of vegan and gluten-free options, but the prices here are quite high. Imagine wholefoods, but extra. The store is quite small so options are limited. I only bought a handful of items and my total came to 60 dollars. I guess that's the price you pay when you have dietary restrictions.

Excellent selection on vegan products and freshly prepared small meals and especially friendly environment! Their popcorn tofu and vegan tuna sandwich are to die for. Especially love that it's a co-op and benefits the community instead of my bucks being shipped off to a CEO's 7th home. A little on the expensive side but this is to be expected! I can't get here enough!!!

they absolutely love this place! so a great sound. sad I discover it shortly after 5 years in knoxville. the staff is friendly and eating is fresh. just something I would change that it closes at 19 o'clock, which makes it difficult to get there in the week.

I was in the opposite during my lunch break and decided to come by to see if I could catch something. I got the Pimento-Blt with smokey tempeh, and it was a solid and fulfilling meal.

They have great prepared food if you’re in a pinch! The vegan popcorn chicken wrap is great, along with their tofu egg salad sandwich.
