Went for lunch. Ordered the duo, half a sandwich and half a salad. I got the grilled cheese. It was tasty, but not much in it. The bread was rather greasy. The salad was greens with strawberries and almonds. It was very small, even for half. I think it had 1 strawberry cut in quarters. It was just ok. I also ordered a mixed drink. Could not even tell there was any vodka in it. As this was called a Bakery and Cafe I asked about dessert. They had either macaroons or 1 type of cheesecake. That's all. I skipped both. Service was minimal at best. I was ignored the whole time till it was bill time. Overall a bit disappointing considering the rating. I can't recommend it.
Great atmosphere and food is good with several different bread options. My main reason for 4 stars over 5 is that a breakfast sandwhich had one egg and one strip on bacon. While it tasted good, it was flat. serving sizes are very small for the cost. Biscuits and gravy was good. I've gone 4 times and would continue going but mainly on days where I'm not particularly hungry.
Almost everything I've had here has been good. However, the drinks are lacking. The milkshake was disappointing, more like milk. The coffee isn't very good either. It would be great if they'd change the menu up a bit every now and then. This place has potential.
Had to wait to be seated until they 'switched over ' from breakfast to lunch. Then they seated us with a breakfast menu. I had the chicken sandwich. Dry and a bit over cooked. Potato salad was ok but the potatoes could have been cooked a bit more.
Food was pretty good but, my total was about $25 including a tip for just one person. That's a bit pricey for breakfast I think.
Prices are high for what your getting...would go somewhere else for better food and less ...
Acoustics was horrible. Had biscuits and gravy. Gravy didn't taste good. No flavor
Great food at reasonable prices. Nice selection that everyone would enjoy.
Absolutely awesome food, atmosphere and service. Always worth the money.
