Completely spoiled my kid's birthday dinner mood!! This is not the first time that I've been to the restaurant. This time my kid want to introduce Chinese food chopsticks to her friend who is a UK native. When we were seated 3 of these 8 yr old girls as usual chatty type, the waitress came and asked the girls to be quiet. I promise they were not loud at all. While having dinner the birthday girl spill some soup on the table and mostly on the dress, my wife tried to clean it up and the waitress was extremely rude and screaming at my wife saying don't put it on the floor. Horrifying experience!!! Customer service was shockingly the worst. Place Smelled stinky. The manager woman seems to not know how to use the right tone and language to talk with customers. Speechless! We were treated so badly and the manager is too aggressive almost emotionally abusive. Gosh what the heck! We did not have bowls and cutleries to help ourselves. After waiting a while, we stood up to bring ourselves cutleries, napkins etc, as if doing them favor in a nice way. Then she shouted at us, saying she does not want us going here and there . Totally shocked and humiliated and left the stinky place! psycho

we live in the opposite, and my son wanted this restaurant for a dae try as all in the family enjoy Chinese food. we visited two months ago, and we probably had the worst food we lived in london after 32 years here. the menu alone was very difficult to understand and eating was appallingly overpriced. we sat on a table at the window, near the door, which opened to let the curlers deliver, so we had to stop our dumbbells, and we were ice cold. we would never recommend this restaurant and, without saying, would not come back.

what a Jewel! I have been in shepherd’s bush for the better part of 30 years I have always gone, but finally decided to try it and young it was amazing. the setting of the personal and eating. it is not amazing. they serve truly authentic Chinese foods with just a small offer of European Chinese food we did not eat too much, but what we had was great. young chow fried rice with the pork bell with soy sauce embroidered yum yum yum try this place highly recommended!

The staff members are very polite and friendly. I would recommend visiting this place if you're searching for delicious food. I will definitely be returning soon.
