I think the Internet has been designed for a generation of complainers. I’ve been to this place numerous times and each time it has exceeded my expectations. The ambience is what you should expect for a place that serves Mexican food. The employees are always pleasant and the food is always on point. People need to understand that as humans we will make mistakes when fulfilling orders and such. Just ordered $80 worth of food. Got 2 of the largest queso,s they have. Cost $26.00 just for the cheese. They gave us no chips. I called them and they said it does not come with it. Now why would I order all that cheese and not want chips?? Ya think they would at least ask is we wanted chips with all that cheese. We got none of the sauces we wanted with the tacos also. Really you can’t give a bag of chips with a gallon of now useless cheese. The sweet teas had not one ice cube either. They just lost my business..
terrible change in the recipe of burrito. no fresh swirl or tomato. just terrible. we're coming two or three times a month, but this was our last visit. burritos went downhill, went from tasty to subpar. the franchise has replaced fresh tomato and swirling with crisp pico de gallo. Go to moes, they're better now. the personal is very nice and makes a great job. the franchise has changed the recipe. Bad movement, stay away.
I don?t know how they do it, but this Tijuana Flats is better than the others. Their salsa (made in stores daily apparently) is superior to other stores. A friend drives past another TF to eat at this store. If you like almost any kind of Mexican food,this is a great place to get it. One extra for this store is that it has a true drive-thru, making getting takeout easier.

WOW! I gotta admit, for a chain restaurant, these are the most amazing tacos I have had outside of an authentic Mexican restaurant. That said, TF has ground beef, steak and chicken along with shrimp tacos! everything is made fresh and it is consistent every time I go back!
We went in with friends last night for Taco's and chips, they were awesome. We all enjoyed the nice atmosphere and the food. Very friendly staff, clean inside and out. Easy handicap parking Self standing building to serve you properly, very satisfactory service. Rockster
This Tijuana has always been my favorite location. They work very efficiently and have great customer service. I usually order online and pick up in the drive through have a great experience every time. Try all the hot sauces!
This place is amazing. There are so many delicious menu options to choose from and everything we tried was fantastic. We discovered that Tijuana Flats is a popular spot in Florida.
