This was not a great experience. Before the bad the good. The ambiance was really chilled and relaxed and the staff were super friendly. And the new White Queso Amazing!!! Definitely get the Dualing Queso. Okay now for the bad. CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANT! The floor was sticky and dirty. And the bathrooms were an embarrassment. Full trash can. Fruit flies in the trash can. Dirty toilet seat with stains and hair on the bowl lip, Filthy walls and disgusting floor. And chips on the floor of the kitchen. Now for the food. We got picked off the new Carnitas menu. This evening, we placed an online order for two entrees, two drinks, one appetizer, and one dessert. When I went for curbside pickup, they delivered my order but forgot the drinks and went back inside. I then realized that my bag contained someone else's order, so I went back in to inform the staff. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake my order, when it really should have been done correctly in the first place. Throughout my wait in the store, I didn't receive a single apology for the mix-up. While I've had good service here in the past, it seems to have declined over time.

I’ve never been satisfied with my takeout orders. I ordered a chicken quesadilla without jalapeños and guacamole, but it still came with all the other toppings inside. I feel like I'm just placing my order and then heading home, only to be disappointed. The salsa and pico de gallo were missing, and the food didn’t look fresh. This isn’t the first time my takeout order has been wrong; however, when I dine in, everything is always perfect.

Fire. We got the Queso Blanco Carnitas Chimichanga, Spicy Habanero Carnitas Burrito, and kid's chicken quesadillas. Everything was top notch. I'm not the greatest fan of Mexican food, but I would definitely come back! It was clean, the service was exceptional, and the food was amazing! Even my son, who's a picky eater like me, liked his food too. It was a good amount as well. We were stuffed afterwards!
I honestly never get lucky to have the right order when it comes to ordering Togo.. I ordered chicken quesadilla, no jalapeños and no guca but all other toppings already inside the quesadilla.. I get home with my order just chicken and cheese. Missing thelettuce, sour cream, and pico.. this isn?t the first time I order Togo and it?s wrong.. but when I dine in, it?s always right.

The staff were very attentive and my food was out quickly. I definitely appreciate the hospitality that the staff brought by checking in on the customers for refills. The cost was a bit expensive but the portions are sized to that cost. I will definitely be back as this was my first time eating here.

Food is great! The staff was very friendly and attentive and the restaurant was very clean. I had loaded the Megajuana soil beef Burrito and died, and my wife had the crispy shrimp tacos and they were awesome. We can't wait to go back!
First time yesterday and it was great. Definitely will be back. Amount of food was surprising. The ladies working were on the ball and very kind. Thank you.
