Me and my Girl we went there for dinner at around 11PM and it was a Monday so the restaurant was empty. As soon as we sat we were server with chips and salsa; classic Mexican restaurant, I didn’t try it because I don’t eat it so I can’t speak on the flavor. One thing you must be aware. Is that the drinks aren’t refill. The water they sell is bottled (so you pay for that) also every soda is canned. So do not expect the regular refill in which most restaurants in America have. This place is always so much fun The bartenders and wait staff are mostly female and really know how to handle the business very well which consists of mostly a male demographic. There is a DJ on the weekends and the owners are always present on the floor. The drinks (Micheladas and Margaritas) are LIT and the food is really good. One of my favorite spots to hang out in the Silver Spring area. Best Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I had a fantastic time at Tijuana Mexican Cafe, with outstanding service throughout. Be sure to try their Margarita and Michelada. The enchiladas were flavorful, and the dessert paired perfectly with the coffee. I’ll definitely be coming back! Absolutely delicious—highly recommended!

Lit up place with yummy and quality food. Has a big bar with live music and a mini dance floor.Good food,drinks and music. Closes late in the night , so a very good hangout place with friends.
Very very rude people that work there. If you are not spanish, they look at you weird. I also called in to ask if they sold a dish only to be hung up on... just rude.

The service was pleasant and the food was generally good, but my barbecue ribs were dry and overdone. Luckily, the waitress was friendly and courteous.

The staff at Tijuana Mexican Cafe is amazing. They offer generous portions of delicious food at excellent prices. This is truly the best spot around!
