What is going on with this Tims!!I bought a orange ginger quencher without ice and all I got was a half filled glass of juice. And I think it is wrong with just this Tims, because if I get the same thing without ice from somewhere else I get a full glass of quencher. They didn’t even refill my glass even after asking them respectfully. I was going here just because it was close from my work, but not anymore. I will prefer a Tim Hortons who understands customer service even if I have to drive there. I am not paying 2.79 for 30 ml of juice!!!
Terrible staff. My father was in the drive-thru line on a busy day and forgot to order at the usual spot. When he reached the window and explained the situation, instead of being accommodating, the staff accused him of cutting into the drive-thru line, claiming he does this every day. He actually doesn’t visit that location frequently at all. I don’t understand why they would think he makes this a habit, as that is simply not true. The service was appalling. I've lived in the area for over 20 years.
After how much money you spent for renovations on this franchise, and still looks disgusting.The floors are dirty, tables NOT wiped down and the bathroom is gross . A so called a brand new place with the same cleaning habits as before why bother ??we will go back to the other location I feel cleaner eating in the parking lot ?
Been ordering breakfast here since it's on the way to work. I have been getting bacon farmers wraps and have subsequently gotten horrible stomachaches on the same day. Maybe all 4 times are just coincidence but seems concerning. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

There is only 1 person ahead of me in line in the store and there were 6 employees working the floor yet somehow it took almost 10 mins to get a coffee.
