Tim Hortons - Tisch resevieren

So far I have only used the drive thru but I can tell you that on my visits it was packed but they were quick. And even tho it was busy the employees I got to deal with were amazing and deserved the 1.00 tip...Nice to see that kindness is still alive...Thanks for adding a positive swing to my day. I always have a fantastic experience at this Tim Hortons, which I visit a few mornings each week. The staff treats me well, even when I place complicated orders, and they consistently get everything right. They are very patient when I make longer, more difficult requests. Most of the team members are friendly and helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to the afternoon supervisor, who is always so kind during my late evening visits! Despite dealing with some challenging customers, they maintain a positive attitude. Tim Hortons seems to have lost touch with its customers. The sizes of their donuts keep shrinking, and they expect patrons to clean their own tables before sitting down. Many of the staff members lack appreciation for customers; there's rarely a greeting or a thank you, and if you receive the wrong order, there’s often no apology. They frequently run out of stirring sticks and napkins as well. It feels like the company is solely focused on profits and has forgotten about quality and customer service. This is not just my opinion, but a sentiment shared by many others I’ve spoken to after visiting various locations daily. Additionally, the walnut crunch donuts have very little walnut in them.

This Tim Horton's consistently gets orders wrong—it's frustrating! Whether it's coffee, tea, warmed muffins with butter, bagels, or sandwiches, nothing is ever done correctly.
