The service at the drive-thru was clearly subpar. It was 9:30 PM on Saturday, August 6th, and the young man working the window (either Hispanic or Middle Eastern, I think) was not focused. He continuously grinned at me, which was rather unsettling, and he failed to provide all of my order. I had to repeat my drink and food items several times, and each time he would just stare at me and smile instead of helping. I really wish I had recorded the experience; it was bizarre. While what he does in his free time is his own business, it left the customers uncomfortable and held up the line.
I then waited by the window for over ten minutes for my coffee, a breakfast sandwich (which was lukewarm and incorrect), and two Timbits. Despite the crowds inside, the staff seemed to be doing nothing to serve customers efficiently. This has been the situation since the establishment opened. I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this location to choose another Tim Hortons nearby instead—it will save you time and money. They really need either complete management overhaul and staff training at this location, or they should just consider closing it down.
Canada should be disgusted by Michigan Tim Hortons. The one on Telegraph online says they close at 10p I get there at 5p not one person in the drive through or inside and no one takes my order or comes to the window. Employees just sitting inside. The one on Ecorse rd closed, the one on vanborn closed by 5p no lights on, nothing on the signs. They just need to close them. Alls I wanted was a coffee waited at speaker 10 minutes then went to window. Nobody all just sitting inside.
this situation is everywhere where it always seems to close, perhaps because it always denies that they serve. they have luck when they get the right order that I live on the road and I would rather drive a 15 minutes down in the direction of the in dearborn up to ford, which is 10 times more busy, faster, efficient, and the quality makes the drive worth coming than here and wasting their time.

The service here is disappointing, and the coffee isn't good either. Overall, I had a really negative experience. I ordered an iced mocha, and it tasted terrible—like it had been diluted with water. It seems like the staff might not be paying attention to their drink preparations. If you're craving coffee, you'd be better off visiting a Tim Hortons on Vanborn instead.
Absolutely horrendous. The food and the service. Can’t make ANY coffee on the menu right. Never have food in stock. The workers are extremely pushy and will harass you to buy camp tim hortons bracelets.They will send you to the side to wait for your food (a simple bagel) over all this place needs to be shut down due to the extreme poor management.
I use to love this Tim hortons but now the new staff are rude and nasty and very unprofessional my order is always wrong and they are extremely slow. One day I ordered a coffee and got a hot chocolate. Ordered a ice cap the next day and it was horrible it wasn’t properly made. This place is going down hill if they continue to go on like that.
Horrible service. Super slow. I ordered 3 breakfast wraps…they were cold and raw (not pressed in the grill). I also ordered 3 drinks with whipped topping; none of them had the topping. I will never go back to this location. It’s a bad experience consistently.

Very disappointing the food quality I ordered a egg and cheese the egg was so dry and crispy on one side. Also ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese they sure toasted the hell out of it. What a way to ruin your morning
Do not go here, they are the rudest bunch of people ever. Asked for a refund and the crazy lady at window had such an attitude.I will NEVER return here!!! Don't waste your time
