I have been visiting in the evening. I usually visit in the morning and will probably revert to that in the coming weeks as an ongoing thing perhaps. People I am familiar with have noticed my change of routine. Yesterday, I ordered via the app, a bagel with strawberry jam (paid extra for it). When I went back to the office, the bagel was plain. Didn't feel like going back to get this corrected. Not the first time it has happened.Last week, I ordered a peppermint tea, instead, I got a cup full of what appeared to be milk. Not the first time it has happened either.A couple of my friends keep getting the wrong orders, too.To the manager- ensure your employees look carefully at what has been ordered so that orders are not given either incomplete or wrong!
service is very slow. staff are moving like zombies. they should work a bit faster and they should have a system like other tim Hortons where one person take care of preparing the food like sandwiches, bagels etc. etc. and the other person should be behind the cash taking customers orders and making quick hot and cold beverages. customers who order only a coffee are waiting 10 to15 minutes because the cashiers take one order and then disappear for the next 5 minutes. Place is fast paste but don’t expect good customer service here. The employees that work here treat customers like whatever. They aren’t friendly and I saw a homeless lady ordering and the male employee looked at the girl employee and chuckled when assisting her, foolishness. Also when I was ordering, the one employee gave me the wrong order so I ask to replace it but instead of helping me he corrected me wrong and didn’t do anything about it.
I have a terrible experience in this branch every single time. Especially the man at the counter- gets my order wrong every single time and I’m made to wait. And I know it’s an attitude problem because I’ve never witnessed such horrible service in any other branch.
Tim's is a fav go-to for coffee and snacks. This particular location is good in that it usually has enough staff and menu items to meet everyone's needs, even though Forest is a small town. They're always busy and yet the line moves fast.
This is the worst Tim’s. I don’t know how they met consistently understaffed considering it’s in such a high traffic area. There’s currently a line 20+ deep and it hasn’t moved in 5 mins. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Quick service, good coffee, friendly staff. That location just gets quickly crowded due to the small inside.
