Unfortunately, the drive-thru service was exceedingly slow. I had to wait 30 minutes for my order with four cars ahead of me, and this was during non-peak hours. The employees who answered the drive-thru didn’t greet me, thank me, or even confirm my order amount. While I understand that staffing shortages and challenging conditions can affect service, it's essential for businesses to prioritize customer retention through good service if they want to keep customers coming back. For me, this experience was a definitive no; I won’t return. I’d much rather go to Starbucks for a better customer experience—even if I have to wait longer during busy times, the employees there are always friendly and...
1. The wait times are excessive, especially when you’re in a hurry. It’s frustrating. 2. The front door is almost always locked, which I assume is due to a shortage of staff. The McDonald's right across the street doesn’t seem to have this issue. 3. While the food quality is decent, there are often shortages, and it takes a long time for items to be prepared. I now choose to visit the Tim Hortons on the other side of Costco because this location is just unacceptable.

This Timmy's is definitely the worst when it comes to drive-thru and in-store hours. Are you guys just not paying attention? This location is often closed, and the drive-thru service is painfully slow. I'm really disappointed.
My order is always incorrect, and the drive-thru service is extremely slow. There have been instances where I waited 30 minutes despite having only five cars in front of me.
We waited over 30 minutes for 5 sandwiches. 1 of the sandwiches was cold and the bagel was not cooked. Very poor service.
