In my experience at Tim Horton's, I observed that the managers and supervisors treated the counter staff poorly, lacking the respect and fairness expected in Canadian society. Their behavior often resembled that of masters rather than employers, which made many employees uncomfortable and unconfident. While they did acknowledge successful accomplishments, the constant yelling and lack of consideration for elderly staff members created a toxic environment. Ok so I'm finally going to do this, I have once again tried to use this location and once again they made the coffee wrong. I left this location after the same issue..drove further just to get my coffee made correctly. But decided this am to try it again and not to my surprise they made an awful coffee. My understanding is that a double double, triple triple , hell even a qaud qaud, 4x4..lol are the same country wide. Why is it that this location in particular cannot seem to get it atleast 50 of the time. Maybe the management should look at their training system ...just a suggestion before more clients go further
This is one of the trash Timhortons forever . I went last Saturday Jan 27 i order My food one of the employee makes the food wrongly. I order Plain bagel toasted with butter and plain cream cheese but they gave me bagel with cheddar cheese . I'm very disappointed. And one more thing one of the boy employee he didn't change him gloves he make icedcapp and he came make food with same gloves. How they can do like this how this management running this store cleanliness.Im very disappointed this tim hortons.
If you're looking for the exact opposite of what you paid for, this Tim Hortons is the place to be. It's notorious for burnt coffee, incorrect drink orders, poorly toasted bagels, and skimpy cream cheese spreading—essentially, they struggle to get anything right. If you like being hurried through the drive-thru, you'll love this location. Don't even think about requesting your order the way you want it; they won't accommodate you! Food rating: 1 star. I really don't leave tim Hortons a review, this one really frustrates me.Drive though takes atleast 15 min to order 1 coffee.Going inside is much worse, .literally writing this review while standing in line just to order one item , and there is only one person ahead of me.This location has to be the worse I have encountered, when it comes to efficiency.Seems like there is no type of organization here. It's the same in the morning and in the evening.
Gross. Ordered an everything bagel toasted with butter, cheddar and bacon. My bagel was burnt black (not the first time), no cheese no bacon. Also, my bagel was bitten. There were no broken pieces in the bag ! Ew you gave me a bitten bagel? My husband ordered the same thing and his had no cheese or bacon either. Thankfully his wasn’t bitten. So gross. I used to always come here the service has declined dramatically from when they first opened.
Used to be great. Now they can’t even make a double double.. you get it with milk ?! And taste like coffee grinds. The food is never right. And DONT go inside they ignore you at the front and it takes longer than drive thru. Also when did Tim’s stop making donuts .. ask for a dozen they never have enough donuts. Trash location with bad service.
I asked for a toasted bagel, but they did not toast it. I requested that my bagel be properly toasted before receiving it. The photos below show a completely burnt bagel that was served to me. I am shocked that they thought it was acceptable to serve this to me. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
If you're going through the drive through, be prepaid to wait. Although they have two speakers, they only have one person taking orders. Their coffee is always burned too.
