We ordered 20 sour cream glazes through the drive-thru, but when we checked the container after pulling away, we were disappointed to find that it didn't contain all 20 of what we ordered. They had added something else instead. When we went back to have them correct the order, the staff made a big ordeal out of it, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the takeout container was incredibly sticky and a total mess. I would have been happy to give a better review, but the lack of customer service and the way the staff handled the situation left me very disappointed.
Decided to go into the location because it?s easier for my two young kids to see there doughnut choices than ask in drive thru line. Got them out of car in the freezing cold and went in? was told the dining area was closed even though it did not look that way. But I informed them that it was a to go order, the manager informed me for there safety we had to leave and could be served thru the drive thru only. Decided not to give them our business.
The location is quite convenient for my commute to work. The service was very friendly and incredibly fast. My only complaint is that the iced coffees I ordered for my mom and me were sweeter than we expected. My mom requested 1.5 sugar, but it tasted more like it had 4 sugars. This was probably because they used full pumps instead of half or quarter pumps. Nevertheless, we had a great experience overall!
Service was really good! They were all nice to me and got my order right! No complaints at all, will definitely go back. : Seriously, they made me a double glazed fritter because I really wanted it that way. It was too much glaze, but I asked for it and they were happy to take the extra time from their busy day to help!
Really disappointed lately. The coffee I got over the weekend was awful. Think the cream was bad. Threw it away after 2 sips. Monday and today the coffee was luke warm. I also think the staff is rude ... Not friendly at all. I use to love Tim Horton's but lately its been terrible.
I?ve been here a couple times over the past few weeks and every time I?ve gone, I?ve gotten the best customer service I?ve ever had at a chain coffee shop. It blew me away and made my day better, it was that good. They?re so friendly and sweet! Thanks guys ??
The restaurant frequently lacks availability of items. It took them 10 minutes to prepare two bagels with cream cheese, which were simply sliced and not toasted.
