The cashier Mia, was very rude! I brought up to her atrention that there was a fly on the donuts/muffins display. She answered as if she was annoyed that I brought it up and simply said, I know .... Seriously? That 's a valid answer.... ???I asked if I could please get my muffin before the fly goes on it and does its business... she was definitely annoyed and then she said I did not pay for a muffin meanwhile that is the first item she rang!!! I truly believe Customer Service Training is required at this location.Will never go back nor recommend it
There are lot of flies in and around the donuts. Oh my God, I can’t imagine. I wish there would be negative ratings. I told staff and they won’t bother about it. In fact, I saw flies sitting over the donuts.
It was very conveniently located across from our hotel. I got a medium coffee and also a steeped tea for the husband. We both enjoyed them.We also tried their donuts. Which were fresh and tasty.

I stopped by this place on my way home from a trip to the US, and they spread peanut butter on the bagel for us, which was a fantastic surprise!
Just bought your coffee. It is an example of how come Tim Hortons needs quality control. There seems to be no consistency between locations.
