DANGER WARNING . PLEASE READ When I first moved to Kenora, I went in every morning to grab coffee before work. I didn’t know anyone yet but the guy who claims to be the owner, pretended to be friendly interested in my life. He slowly increased the amount of time we talked then he asked me out. We met for drinks in an out of the way place, multiple times (btw, he told me he was single . He really knew the area … always taking me ‘fishing’ camping in isolated places. He was an excellent manipulator, because he soon convinced me a virgin, to sleep with him. I was 20 very naive, so I fell for it. SECOND HAD DONUTS ANYONE?? TIMS IN KENORA EAST HAS THEM FOR SALE!!!!While sitting in Tim’s this evening I couldn’t believe what I saw.A customer walked in and purchased a box of donuts. They left the store with them and a few minutes later returned back with the boxed donuts. The Tim’s attendant had a discussion with the customer. There seemed to be a problem with the product. The Tim’s attendant removed a chocolate dip donut from the tray and put into his box and removed the same from the customers box and placed it back on the tray for resale. The same was done with an old fashioned plain and then again with a 3rd donut all out back for resale from the customers box.My service was great an...
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at a Tim Hortons while driving from Calgary to Ontario. I ordered several items, but there were some mistakes with my order. The employees seemed frustrated and spoke among themselves in a language I didn't understand. It's important for staff to be trained in customer service, as this can greatly affect the experience. While I enjoy Tim Hortons' food, this particular encounter really overshadowed it. I hope the owner addresses these issues!
Who designs these buildings? Drive through line blocks off the parking lot, walk in and same story. Door is so close to order counter, no place to stand. It was packed, disorangized and we waited way too long for parking, ordering, and waiting for food. I would try the other location before fighting crowds at this one. I give staff credit, I witnessed a Karen melt down over it at all, staff didn't react or seem bothered by Karen's yelling at them. Great staff. Poor design. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
During our last visit, the washroom could have been cleaner, but apart from that, it's a nice location. The staff were friendly and took the time to chat with us about local attractions in Kenora, which we appreciated since we were visiting from out of town.
If you're trying to park during the morning rush, be prepared to navigate through a chaotic situation. It feels like all the drive-thru customers are constantly trying to cut you off, nearly running you over and blocking your way out of the parking lot.
The coffee here is seriously good, and the service from the staff is excellent. The line moved quickly, and I would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone!

Not loving Tim Hortons these days. Getting really tired of the coffee. Baked goods are all right I guess. Just tired of Timmy's. They need a freshen things
