I ordered the Smokey Honey Bacon breakfast sandwich and what I received was disappointing—a sad-looking English muffin with just a single sausage patty (no cheese or egg, and the wrong type of meat). This was definitely not what I ordered, nor is it even something you’d find on the menu. I had low expectations for a gas station Tim’s, but this was worse than I anticipated. If you can, skip this place; McDonald's has better coffee anyway.
The service here is fairly quick. However, there is no dining area or restroom available. While there is a drive-thru, you can also place orders at the counter until 6 PM. They do accept Skip the Dishes orders. My order was accurate without any issues. Just a heads-up: there are many homeless individuals and people dealing with addiction in the area, so it's important to keep an eye on your belongings.
Terrible customer service. Didn't say anything when we got to the window. Couldn't make a wrap we wanted with no explanation. Couldn't do a French Vanilla because she was cleaning the machine. Very disappointed

It was fantastic! A tall gentleman with dark hair wearing a turtleneck assisted me and was incredibly kind.
The quality of the food is below average, which seems to be the current standard at Tim's.
The service is outstanding, and the coffee and food are both excellent.
