I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a timatin on a plain gout bagel. When asked if I wanted bacon or sausage, it was clear what I wanted, but they only gave me the bagel. I also ordered a farmer's wrap, which was missing from my order. The restaurant was quite empty, so you would think they could get the order right. I tried calling them, but no one answered, and they didn’t provide a receipt, leaving me uncertain about what to do next. While a $10 loss won't break the bank, it's more about the principle and the fact that now I have no breakfast. I chose to enter the restaurant instead of using the drive-thru since I had a fairly large order. Unfortunately, the server at the counter was quite impatient with me. She rolled her eyes, sighed, and appeared genuinely annoyed that I wasn't done placing my order. It was definitely an odd experience. Since I was the only customer at the counter, I wasn't causing any delays for others, and she wasn’t even on the drive-thru team.
In my opinion, this is the best Tim Hortons in Montreal. The staff is extremely friendly, and the manager is excellent as well. The food is fresh, and the drinks are tasty. We’re fortunate to have this location near our workplace. Thank you all for your hard work!
Every visit features excellent food and service! However, there's one concern that management should look into: the staff frequently and quite loudly voices their complaints about their work or each other. This detracts from the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I really enjoy collecting Tim Hortons hockey cards; it's been a passion of mine since they were first introduced. Regarding parking, there are plenty of available spaces.
The restaurant is rather unkempt. The staff is taking up the best tables instead of giving them to customers, and all the tables are dirty. There’s no seating available.
My kids really loved the food! As for parking, we ended up using the nearby shopping center because the Tim Hortons parking lot was completely full.

The staff here are incredibly friendly. Once the REM transit system is up and running, this location is bound to get very busy.
