I arrived at the restaurant and ordered a crispy chicken wrap and a roast beef sandwich. However, when I reached the window, I was told that neither item was available, so I was offered a grilled chicken wrap instead. When I got home, I found out that it was actually shredded chicken without any bacon, which was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, I ordered 20 timbits but only received 16. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.
This is the least impressive Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Without fail, my order has been incorrect every time I visit. The staff is primarily made up of teenagers, and while that isn't an issue in itself, they seem to lack a strong work ethic and don’t appear to take any pleasure in their jobs.
The Tim Horton on Greber has recently undergone renovations and offers a nice, clean environment. However, my mobile orders are consistently not ready by the time I arrive. This could be due to changes brought about by COVID-19, as I hadn't used the mobile ordering system here before the pandemic.

I genuinely value this establishment and the usually warm staff, but her attitude caught me off guard. No customer should be treated in that manner, no matter what kind of day she might be having.
