Popped by this store about 2:00pm on Saturday afternoon with an elderly person, and someone with visual impairment.After waiting at the till for several minutes, we were finally served. However the person serving us was also doing the drive through...as we discovered when she started asking what type of bagel we wanted, we replied we didn't order bagels, then she pointed to the headset on her ear.After we finally finished *our* ordering, the girl serving us just walked away. No letting us know how much the order was going to be, no asking how we wanted to pay. I did notice that the debit terminal was prompting for payment. Unfortunately, we did not want to pay with debit.After standing there...
This is the worst tim hortons I’ve ever been to, definitely the worst in Nanaimo. The customer service is especially terrible, and the food is sometimes just as bad. They’re almost always out of something, and whoever is making the food does care whatsoever. Same goes for the customer service. I’ve been served really really gross food here, and I’m writing this review now, because I just had to leave mid ordering because of how terrible the customer service is. I pull up to the drive through, receive a half mumble that wasn’t even English, I reply with “Hey, I just need a moment” Another mumble and then “ok” literally 10 seconds later, “Hi you ready to order brother” I said, “no not yet” and...
Went through the drive through hoping to get some decent food before an 8hr wait in the ferry line up. Ordered two chicken wraps, different recipes but both suppose to be crispy. The speed was quick, but I soon found out why. Not only was the chicken full of gristle, the recipe it itself was disgusting! No flavour and far from crispy. I wouldn’t even feed it to an animal let alone a human. $16 for two wraps and a lifetime of disappointment and a guaranteed no return customer.
Great service and great place to sit and relax. Staff were cleaning up and wipe down surfaces. Coffee was hot and Tim bits fresh . Fireplace inside to sit beside . Parking is good. Drive thru is
