The young man at the cash register was new and working alone, and the line was, as usual, out the door on a Saturday morning. Not only was he slow—something I expect from someone who is just starting out—but when I tried to order a simple Sausage Homestyle Biscuit, he managed to enter it incorrectly into the system four times! I pointed out the mistakes on the screen, and he insisted it was what I had ordered. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. To my surprise, the food arrived quickly despite the long wait. Unfortunately, my sandwich was still not what I ordered. I'm not one to fuss too much, so I accepted the mix-up and tried something new instead, which turned out to be good....

The staff are OK they don’t seem too excited to be there. The drive-through moves pretty smoothly considering it’s quite a busy location.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The customer service was incredibly poor, and the food was the worst I've ever had at any Tim Hortons. I requested a toasted bagel, but instead received cold bagels. The same issue occurred with the other items I ordered.
I just wish the people that worked at tim hortons were a little happier/friendlier and perhaps could speak English rather than blankly stare when you ask a question about your order. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
