I stopped in this morning to pick up a dozen donuts and “10 to go”. I decided to go into the store rather than drive thru. I waited in a line up with two people working the front. Instead of having someone working the till and someone getting the order prepared they would take an order than wander off to get the order. Once I had placed my order, I waited and then waited some more! I waited approximately 35 mins from the time I walked in the door until I received my order. I counted 6 people working at drive thru, 10 employees in total. I was told if I wanted faster service I should have placed an online order. I’ll remember this the next time I need coffee and donuts-and take my $35 elsewhe...
This Tim Hortons used to be my favourite but there’s just something not right with the coffee lately. Many times I’ve gone and been disappointed in the quality of the hot iced coffee or drinks are not made correctly. Its clear the staff are overworked, there is way too much on the menu for them to focus on quality. Spoke to the owners who were kind enough, after giving me attitude and raising their voice, to refund my coffee. Then basically told me to go to Starbucks since I don’t like the coffee they serve. Poor customer service, I won’t be supporting this place any more.
I visited this restaurant today, and unfortunately, I encountered some rude service. One of the staff members was impolite while I was placing my order, and another was dismissive at the window when I pointed out that I received the wrong order. There was no justification for the rudeness I experienced.
The staff here are very friendly and clearly enjoy their work. They are quick and attentive, knowing exactly what you need and how to prepare it. Most of the time, you can get seated right away without any wait. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Disappointing. The staff seemed confused about the difference between bacon and sausage.
