This restaurant always seems to impress me.. but never in a good way. To give 1 star is almost being generous. With this Tim's being closest to my work, the only reason I do not drive out of my way, is to get service from Dale. He is the backbone of that location and the reason I go back. I order through the app and it shows food options being available.. however once ordered and gone to pick it up, I am told they don't have it and do not provide any apology, compensation or refund. it SHOULD be live or updated constantly if they do not have the option available.This location does not make sense having both sides of their food stations available, but cram themselves in the one side. This location can sometimes be great, but not on this occasion. The staff were busy scurrying around making drinks for several orders, and unfortunately, they were also giving customers incorrect information. I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get 2 iced coffees and 3 donuts, which was frustrating, especially since the drive-thru was backed up with customers waiting even longer.
The staff could be more welcoming and understanding of people's differences and disabilities. It would also be nice if they offered a smile while serving customers instead of having a rude attitude. Overall, this made me choose to leave and use the drive-thru instead of dining in. If I had more time, I would have gone to another Tim Hortons.
Probably the worst Tim's in the city, orders are wrong 7/10 times going through the drive thru. Always in a rush to give you your food and drinks they may as well be throwing them at you. Bagels poorly made and barely toasted, don't even ask for a farmers wrap, it's always poorly constructed and 90% of the time there is no sauce. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The service was quick and friendly, and my order was perfectly accurate. The restrooms were clean as well. Overall, it was a better experience than at most Tim Hortons I've visited.
