I go to this location often. It's probably the one I go to the most in Welland. Good service and good. The line-up for the drive-thru can sometimes be really long, but that's to be expected during the busy times of the day and is only further proof of it being a good location and in a good spot.Otherwise, the staff is usually friendly and good at their job. I only find at night time they tend to run out of stuff I might order, but maybe there's specific reasons for that.
Updated my review to less stars- it is becoming rare to get a decent tasting coffee from drive-thru. Never enough cream or sugar in my coffee anymore....not sure if the machines need maintenance, but I'm going elsewhere now.
Stopped on our way through town and this was the best Tim Horton's experience EVER!The staff are fun and brightened a dreary rainy day. They truly enjoy their job.
